Our environmental involvement
An immaculate space of white sand on the mountain side which, little by little and with the connivance of gardeners from the neighboring village, we are transforming into a forest garden.
We apply some of the basics of syntropic culture and permaculture as best we can.
We plant a lot of trees and plants that transform and enrich the soil for growing vegetables and fruits.
We harvest our basic production to concoct tasty and generous cuisine for the well-being of all of us.
