An immaculate space of white sand on the mountain side which, little by little and with the help of gardeners from the neighbouring village, we are turning into a forest garden.
We apply, as best we can, some of the basics of syntropic farming and permaculture.
We plant many trees and plants that transform and enrich the soil for growing vegetables and fruit.
We harvest our own produce to compose tasty and generous cooking, for everyone’s well-being.
